That is why we can provide authorised family members and trusted friends with secure access to key information about care delivery, helping them remain informed, involved, and reassured at all times.
Through structured communication channels, approved contacts can connect directly with our teams, receive updates, and view important records relating to care visits, wellbeing observations, and support provided. They can also contribute valuable insights, preferences, and feedback to help shape and enhance the individual’s care plan.
This approach creates true partnership working between families and care professionals. It promotes transparency, strengthens trust, and ensures that everyone supporting the individual is aligned around their needs, routines, and outcomes.

Our care ranges from high-complexity packages requiring two staff members 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to lower-level, outcome-driven interventions delivered at key times to promote autonomy and stability. Every package is built around person-centred planning, risk management, and long-term progression.
